She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Constantine Billis (Costa) and Joan Billis; her husband Mark Williams; her son Jason Williams (Leborah); her grandson Bryan; her daughter Kate Rogers (Gabriel); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Jak and Meadow; her brothers, James Billis (Jim) and Stephen Billis (Deborah); and her sister-in-law Melissa Kimball (Williams). She was also cherished by many loving cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's honor to cancer research or the MSPCA.
