He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Bell; his sons, Charlie Bell, Jr., Kewan Banks (Kristen), Elton and Terry Banks (Shante); his grandsons, Terrance Bell, Elton Jr., Romas, Elijah, Zay and Ireya; his siblings, Willie Bell (Laverne), Henry Bell (Antonnette), Bert Bell (Betty), Josephine Simpson (Zerion), Odessa Johnson (Bobby) and Berdette West (Perman); his mother-in-law Nobie Lee Banks of Memphis, TN; his siblings-in-law, Stella (Rosie) of Memphis, TN, Zenobia Banks (Benjamin Miller), Jerome Jones (Willie Ann) of Fort Pierce, FL, Joe Banks (Lois) of Montgomery, AL, Jerry Banks (Teresia), Ricky Banks (Brenda) and Cedrick Banks (Karen) of Memphis, TN; and his close friend Arthur Sheffield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
