He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Guy Miller and Francis Donaldson Miller; and his wife Mary Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Miller (Ellie Taft) and Michael Miller (Michele Miller); his nephew Guy Everhart (Jill Ann Ingolia); his grandchildren, Lois DeMoss, Morgan Miller and Megan Miller; and his sister Mary Lou Everhart.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Chuck's memory to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, 2900 North Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Florida 33607.
