He was predeceased by: his wife Jenny Platts; his daughter Jo Beth Price; his father George D. Price; and his brothers, David "Lump" Price and Denny Price.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Summerlin Price of Fort Pierce; and his siblings, Lucy Folbrecht (Melvin) of Fort Pierce and Ben Price of Fort Pierce. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saint Lucie County Historical Society or VNA Hospice.
