He is survived by: his wife Janie Rodriques; his children, Cecil Rodriques Jr. (Tanya), Sonya Rodriques Payne (Michael) and Marva Rodriques Jones; and his stepchildren, Regina Spann (Dexter), Sarah Crutchfield (Larry), Everette Jackson (Dianne), Jimmy Jackson, Demita, Faye Hill Rodiques and Yvonne Rodriques.
