He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore and Sara. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Sunny" Provenzo; his children, Craig Provenzo (Sandy), Carla Giambrone (Joe) and Curt Provenzo (Amy); his grandchildren, Brianna Kustigian (Mike), Jocelyn Bayram (Tufan), Joshua, Claire, Jackson and Michael Provenzo; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Henry Kustigian.
