She was predeceased by: her parents, Cedois Moise of Haiti and Christiane Millard of Haiti; and her siblings, Cidevil, Daniel Delcy, Adele Delcy, Celiante Moise and Adrienne Millard.

She is survived by: her sons, Chemaly (Deborah) and Wilner Fleury; her siblings, Brunel Delcy of Haiti, Antony Moise of New York, Yta and Ketily Moise of New York; her grandchildren, Marly, Aliah and Chemaly "CJ" Jr.; her niece Kettilie Charles of New Jersey; and her nephew Ronald Michel of Ft Lauderdale, Fla. She is also survived by four great grandchildren all of Ft. Pierce, a goddaughter.
