He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladstone Andrews and Sarah of Washington; and his siblings, Sidney "Bill" Skinner Jr., Veronica Ruth "Ruthie" Bennett and Geneva "Cookie" Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Delores Andrews; his sisters, Cynthia of Washington and Kelly of Washington; and his children, Nicole Harris, B'Neen Andrews and Damon Andrews. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family & friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation be made to Treasure Coast Hospice; 5000 Dunn Road, Ft. Pierce Florida, 3498, in honor of Bradley's memory.
