Beverly Ann Richardson-Stokes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beverly Ann Richardson-Stokes of Fort Pierce, Florida, who passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGee II and Vernell Wilson Jackson (Major Stokes); her siblings, Jessie Clay Jackson Sr., John McGee III, Valerie Johnson and Lorraine Brown; her niece Sylvia D. Robinson; her nephews, Jessie Plowden and Samuel T. Robinson; her godmother Avon Adderley; her children, Marquise Stokes, Demonta Coe, Devonta Coe and Mareshia Richardson; her sisters, Yolanda Robinson (Kenneth) and Joanna McGee; and her grandchildren, Marquise Stokes Jr., Alfred Thompson, A'jhayla Thompson, Neriah Mellerson and Martavius Mellerson.
She is survived by: her aunts and uncles, Freddie Wilson, Jerome Wilson (Cathy), Annie Wilson, Ethel McGee Green and Barbara McGee; her nieces and nephews, Marie, Thaddeus, Demadra, LaGarion, Theron, Yterria, Tyrea, John, Shantell, Katrina, Lakiesha, Jessica, Dominic and Jazmine Scott; and her godson Christopher Baylum. She is also survived by great nieces and great nephews extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sarah's Memorial Chapel (728 Ave D, Fort Pierce, FL 34948). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greater New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church (305 N 8th St, Fort Pierce, FL 34950).
