He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Bowe and Maudie Melton. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheri McNeil, Troy Biggs and Dianna Bowe; his wife Marci Byrd Bowe of Vero Beach; his siblings, Gerrit Barber of Fort Pierce, Lachita Bowe of Fort Pierce and Sharon Jullius of Baltimore, Maryland.; his stepdaughters, Lori and Hope; and his close friend Doris Stokes.
