We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2023, at the age of 58, Annette Cesar of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Cesar; her mother Elaine Oates; her stepfather Kenneth Gocool; and her siblings, Linton Shaw, Noel Shaw, Marie Bell, Kenneth Gocool, Hugh Gocool, Camille Hammond and Garth Gocool. She is also survived by nephews, grand nephews.
