She is survived by: her parent Fort Pierce; her sons, Alan Lezniewicz (Carol) of Henderson, NV and Peter Lezniewicz (Audree) of Fort Pierce, FL; her brother Daniel Slavik of Stanhope, NJ; and her grandsons, Brent, Nathan, Joshua and Zachary. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
