She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardy J. White, Sr. and Emma White; her daughter LaShonda Hayes; and her grandmother Lorine Wesley. She is survived by: her husband Minister Albert Hayes, Jr; her children, Conage Mason (Nicole) of Georgia, Jabari A. Burton (Toni) of Fort Pierce, Tavares A. Hayes of Gainesville, Calvin Munn, Albert Hayes, III, Anetha White of Fort Pierce, Shateka Askew of Norfolk and Aveis Hayes (Devantrez); her stepmother Mary Richardson Piton; and her siblings, Hardy White, Jr. (Suzette), Andrea White Hankerson (Jermaine) of Tampa, Shondra White Hammond (Charles) of Tampa and Grandchildren.
