He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Winniman Sr. and Josephine Winniman Lanier Whitmore; his stepfather Alton C. Lanier; and his sisters, Marie Stock, Marcelle Sullivan and Marjorie Ribanick.
He is survived by: his wife Roseann; his stepson Walter Christensen of Fort Ogden, FL.; and his sisters, Faye Collins (Vernon) of Fort Ogden, FL. and Sylvia Hudson (Larry) of Fort Ogden, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
