He is survived by: his wife Gloria Combs; his children, Spencer Young, Jr. (Stephanie), Leamon Combs, Jr. (Madeline), Ruby Mackie (late Francis), Nadine Cook (Kenneth), Teresa Richardson and Yvongular Campbell (Anthony); his grandchild Shonda McKeever (Harold); his siblings, Phillip Combs (Shelia), Mary Little, Addie Lee Burkett and Lela Shuler; and his in-laws, Clarence Luther (Connie), Earnest Luther (Carolyn), Virgil Luther Kiza, Mary Etta Luther, Barbara Reed, Joyce Lee (Nathaniel) and Maybell Sholtz (Walter).
