He is survived by: his wife Pong Sun Rutherford; his children, David Rutherford and Carol McLean; his grandsons, Mark Rutherford, Brian Rutherford, Connor Camron and Gavin McLean; and his siblings, Glora Williams and Richard Rutherford. He is also survived by several loving great grandchildren.
