He is survived by: his spouse Tangela Rogers (Evans); his siblings, Sandra Rogers, Karen Jones and Rondy Rogers (Janet); his sister-in-law Katherine Rogers of Fort Myers, Florida.; his children, Tykeela Pye (Maurice) of Tallahassee, Tyricka Rogers, Tyranda Rogers (Donnie), Teresa Brunson (Henry), Rickey Rogers and Tamara Rogers of Fort Myers Fl; his godson Xavier Sly of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Mariah Pye, Maurice Pye Jr., Jonathan Burton, Alexandrea Brunson, Dylan Ingham, Henry Brunson Jr., Jayden Rogers, Mikayla Burton, Santeon McRae Jr., Elizabeth Rogers, Alayah Brunson, Tyler McRae, Rickey Rogers III, Carter Watts and Taylor Locke; his nephews, Trenton Rogers and Anthony Oliver; his close friends, James Bradford and Rodney Gilmore; and his pets, Belle, Lola and Maurice.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hickson Funeral Home - Fort Myers (3308 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Jesus Christ Outreach Center (4050 Ballard Rd, Fort Myers, FL 33916).
