He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Goldie (Mitchell) and John Wesley Highfill; and his daughter Terry Highfill. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Sharon Farrar (John), Karen Baker and John Highfill (Linda); and his sister Mary Sharp (H. D.) of Sachse. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
