He was predeceased by: his parents, Voitto Laakso and Bertha Laakso; and his brothers, Donald and Dick Laakso. He is survived by: his wife Kawannah Laakso of Ft. Myers; his children, Michelle Schoeb (Michael) of Coral Gables, FL, Lisa Sreboski (Andrew) of York Haven, PA, Alison Trimmer of Ft. Myers and Raymond Laakso, Jr. of Ft. Myers; his sister Joyce Upham (Bill) of Mansfield, MA; his grandchildren, Claudia, Cameron, Chloe, Heather, Weslie, Andrew, Alexandria, Jordan, Kourtney and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Simon, Brody and Raleigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and Toby the dog.
