It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Jean Boyer of Fort Myers, Florida, born in Buckley, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Blanck and Frieda Blanck (Kuester); and her sisters, Alice Vest and Irene Hilligoss. She is survived by: her husband John R. Boyer; her children, John R. Boyer, Jr. (Rita) of Houston, TX, Susan Little (late Bob Little) of Bonita Springs, FL and Kathy Griffin (Dan) of Crete, IL.; her grandchildren, John R. Boyer III (Nicky), Heather Boyer, Jonathon Little, Danny Griffin, Tyler Griffin (Breezy Burke-Eastin) and Shane Griffin (Samantha Bruns); and her great grandchild Wyatt Boyer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (206 E Main St, Buckley, IL 60918). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
