He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palmisano and Rose Palmisano; his son Jerry Palmisano; and his brothers, Peter DeBellis and Anthony DeBellis.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his son Larry Palmisano (Antonia); his daughter-in-law Kathy Evans-Palmisano; his grandchildren, Alexandra Palmisano Moll (Kyle Moll), Thomas Palmisano (Torey Braly), Bianca Palmisano (Beth Kitchin) and Dana Palmisano (Trinh Nguyen); his great grandchild Lily Nguyen; and his siblings, Joanne Barton (John), James Cecille (Maryann), Joseph Palmisano and James Palmisano. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hultgren Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
