He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Hines and Zerita Hendricks; and his brother Patrick S. Hines. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hines; his daughter Julie Marko; his grandsons, Jackson and Dylan Marko; his sisters, Margaret Koperski, Maureen Hines, Jane Kloss and Jenifer Anfang (Scott); and his close friends, Luther Hochradel, Geri Grape, John and Kitty Considine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & cousins; and longtime friends.
