He is survived by: his wife Kathy Horne; his children, Kenneth James (Tabetha) and Crystal Gayle; his stepchildren, Shannan and Jeremy; his grandchildren, Austin, Leanna, Leila and Lyla Dai; his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa, Jayme and Kaylee; and his grandsons, Bennett and Levi Horne.
