She was predeceased by: her husband Frank C. Mazeika Jr.; her parents, Stephano "Steven" Orsini and Vincenza Orsini (Diorio); her siblings, Angelo, Frank, William, Albert, Louis Orsini, Mary Orsini, Ida Cappella, Jenny Pagano and Dolores Orsini; and her son-in-law Keith LaPlante (Bill Donnelly).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Mazeika (Laura) of Ft. Myers, FL, Gary Mazeika of Willington, CT, Lori Tooth (Charles) of Southbury and Susan LaPlante of Prospect. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and twelve great great grandchildren.
