We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025, John Joseph Sheils of Fort Myers, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary M. Sheils (Lynch), William, Henry Sheils, Marjorie Maher and Teresa Huling.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Sniezek (Bogdan) of Dunstable; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Rhea, Evelyn, Holly, Jackson and Charlotte; his wife Jacqueline Sheils (Cain); and his children, Caroyln Sniezek (Bogdan) of Dunstable, Deborah Sullivan (Daniel) of Woburn, Matthew Sheils (Carol) of Shirley and Eileen Sheils (Kevin O'Connell) of Woburn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home (263 Main St, Woburn, MA 01801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
