He is survived by: his wife Carol Courtwright O'Hora; his brother Richard O'Hora; his children, Nadine McGinnis (Les), Tina Holmes (Bradley), Marguerite Crolick (David), Cynthia Kennedy (Dan) and John Charles O'Hora Jr. (Lisa Cassell); and his stepchildren, Barbara Mapstone (Dick) and Robert Scott (Heather). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
