He is survived by: his children, Sonia Barlow (John) of Mishawaka, IN, Shelly Sipp (Roger) of Ocean Ridge, FL and Shawn Ressler (Daphyne) of Winfield, PA; his brother Paul Kinney (Lois) of Bloomsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Maddison Barlow, Nicholas Barlow, Ryan Sipp, Kyle Sipp, Kassidy Ressler and Bryce Ressler; his niece Karen McCaffrey; and his nephew Scott Kinney.
