He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Zengel and Joseph Zengel. He is survived by: his wife Marie Theresa Lenhardt Zengel; his sons, Edward Zengel Jr (Erin), Nicholas Zengel (Jennifer) and Frank Zengel (Susan); and his siblings, Pauline Zengel Lenhardt, Joseph Zengel Jr. and Marcella Zengel Landis. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Ed had a special warmth and love for children, his family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of SWFL 16100 Roserush Ct, Fort Myers, FL 33908 in his name.
