She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Gowdy and Justine Gowdy; and her brothers, Richard, Marvin, Vincent and Kenneth Gowdy.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn; her daughters, Cheri Kovacs (Greg) and Misty Davis; her siblings, Rita Marie Wise (Wayne), Mary Smerick and James Gowdy; and her granddaughters, Samantha, Amanda and Caitlin. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907).
