He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Spiridigliozzi Sr. and Catherine Spiridigliozzi (Conrad); and his siblings, Peggy Spiridigliozzi, John Spiridigliozzi, Nicholas Spiridigliozzi Jr., Michael Spiridigliozzi, Donna Spiridigliozzi, Lonna Mauk and Germanus Spiridigliozzi.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Melissa Hunt (Lee), Therese Schrier (Jeffrey), Rachel Gilchrist (Troy) and Dominic Spiridigliozzi Jr. (Crystal); his grandchildren, Dylan, Krysta (Adam), Brianna, Logan, Hunter, Anthony, Anna, Dominic III, Alexandria, Lauren and Gabriella; his great grandchild Jayden; and his brothers, James Spiridigliozzi (Christine) of Lakeland and Marcian Spiridigliozzi (Linda) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
