He is survived by: his children, Ottine Miller of Tarboro, NC and Ardane Miller (Terri) of Mansfield, OH; his stepson Will Phillips of Galion, OH.; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Ryan and Stephen. He is also survived by 4 Great-grandchildren.
