We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2024, at the age of 76, Annette M. Fazio of Fort Myers, Florida passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Annette M. Fazio to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rosie, Tom and John. She is survived by: her siblings, Jean and Ernie (John); her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Alice; her grandchildren, Alexander, Taylor and Parker; her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Luke; and her stepson Robert (Allison). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home (91 Long Sands Rd, York, ME 03909). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher's Church (4 Barrell Ln, York, ME 03909).
