It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Dumbaugh of Fort Myers Beach, Florida, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Q. McBride and Sarah McBride (Armbruster); and her husband James Donald Dumbaugh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
