He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Johnson; his daughter Monique Stam (Terry) of Marion, Virginia; his grandchildren, Karissa Bullen (Ben), Hannah Samuels (Jeremy), Amy Stam, Michaela Stam, Timothy Stam, Josiah Stam, Jesse Stam (Hannah), Joseph Stam, Jeshua Stam and Zakariah Stam; and his siblings, Priscilla Myers (Robert) of Ettrick, Clyde McSparin (Kathi) of Paducah and Lisa McSparin of Paducah, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
