He is survived by: his spouse Donata Battista; his children, Michele Hodge (Robert), Raymond Battista, John Battista (Sharon) and Bernadette McLaughlin (Martin); his grandchildren, John Battista (Leah), Raymond Battista (Erin), Martin McLaughlin (Hannah), Anna Smith (Nathaniel), Rachel Battista, Nicholas Battista and Maria Battista; his great grandchildren, Giana Battista, Logan Battista, Martin McLaughlin, Alexander Smith and Rory McLaughlin; his parent Elizabeth Battista; his siblings, Angeline Knapton (late Donald), Salvatore Battista (Mary), Dolores Celano (late Ronald), Angelo Battista (Frances) and Rose Panfil (Hank); and his sibling-in-law Grace Cascia. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
