Ragina left this world on June 18, 2024 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her father Dewey Heaberlin; her stepfather Richard "Buster" Jones; her brother Alvin Heaberlin; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Heaberlin and Diane Heaberlin.
She is survived by: her mother Joline Heaberlin; her mother-in-law Joye Ostendorf Gabrielson; her husband Jerry Ostendorf; her brother Dan Heaberlin; her children, Matthew Oetker (Stephanie), Chelsey Klinge (Tanner), Julie Ostendorf (Josh Miille) and Morgan Ostendorf (Brandon Beattie); her grandchildren, Justin Riley, Hunter Jackson, Paityn Oetker, Tegan Oetker, Lexus Klinge, Titus Klinge, Trace Klinge, Brynlee Klinge, Keegan Miille, Kaleb Miille, Kameron Kimrey, Trinity Kimrey and Tristen Graham; and her great grandchildren, Haylee Riley, McKenna Riley, Liberty Riley, Reagan Riley, Knoxley Jackson and Jasper Klinge. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
