She is survived by: her parents, Effie Johnson (Brown) and Charles E. Johnson; her daughters, Melissa Smith of Syracuse and Samantha Van Hook of Wawaka, Indiana; her grandchildren, Tiffany Johnson, Austin Miotto, Daytona Willis and Jordan Smith; her great grandchildren, Jayden Miotto and Madisyn Jane Miotto; and her brother Charles Johnson. She is also survived by extended family members and a multitude of friends.
