He is survived by: his close friend Claudia Wright; his children, Tony Waite (Elizabeth), Trisha Kollarik (Mike) and Tom Waite (Keynia); his grandchildren, Hunter, Kaitlin Kollarik, Brayden and Camden Waite; his sons, Justin and Jonathan Wamsely; and also Burt Wamsley.
