He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Williams and Betty Zeiders Williams. He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Cowan of Pennsylvania and Mary Wagner of Oklahoma City; his wife Sandy Williams; his children, Tommy Williams (Lois), Lori Killian (Troy), Crystal Skinner (Buddy) and Brittany Roberts (Craig); his grandchildren, Thomas Williams III, Courtney Larson, Waylon Skinner, Bryant Skinner III, Luke Skinner, Tristen, Hunter Williams, Talon and Jace Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Wyatt Williams and Ahmari Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in T.J.'s memory to the Florida Baptist Children's Homes. 1015 Sikes Blvd., Lakeland, FL 33815, or to the First Baptist Church of Fort Meade Building Fund.
