He is survived by: his wife Arlene Coulter of Fort Meade, FL; his daughters, Casy Wade (Alex) of Chuluoto, FL, Charlene Booker (Gregg) and Stacy McLeod (James); his siblings, Hubert Coulter, Joe Coulter (Wilma), Jimmy Coulter, Martha Lyle of Winter Haven, FL, Sandra Boatwright and Valeria Murray (Tom); his grandchildren, Danielle, Gregory, Branden, Emily, Elijah and Aleena; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Carter.
