He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hancock Bell of Fort Meade; his children, Ronnie Bell, Robbie Bell (Melony), Paul Bell (Kim) and Leigh Belcher (Joe) of Fort Meade; his grandchildren, Ashley Barnett (Wesley), Whitnie Hettum (Emmet), Laura Prazdnicane Bell, Tanner Bell (Emalee), Hunter Bell (Charli), Kaylee Lambert (Ryan), Katie Bell, Ginna Bell, Adrienne Bell, Cameron Belcher, Shannon Belcher and Robbie Belcher; and his great grandchildren, Tammy, Scout, Josie, Raleigh, Birdie, Colton, Lily and Abby.
