Skipper Sr. of Fort Meade, Florida, born in Bartow, Florida, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. R. A. and Vera Skipper (Mercer); his son Terry Skipper; and his siblings, Verdon Skipper (Joyce), Leroy Skipper, Rosie King (Bill) and Nina Fralic (Uhlan).
He is survived by: his wife Judy Skipper; his sons, Dennis Skipper, Gary Skipper (Susan) and Noman "Wilton" Skipper, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Shirley Skipper. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
