She was predeceased by: her husband J. L. Whittington; and her son Alan Whittington. She is survived by: her son Jimmie Whittington (Sophia) of Bartow, FL; her grandchildren, J. J. Whittington, Kevin Whittington, Michael Whittington and Christopher Whittington; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Wendy.
