It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lamar Barefoot (Fort Meade, Florida), who passed away on April 26, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell J. Barefoot, Sr. and Ruth Barefoot (Wade). He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Watson (Greg) of Bartow and Dale Barefoot (Kathie) of Tallahassee; his brother Russell Barefoot, Jr. (Carolyn) of Rocky Face, GA; his grandchildren, Stephanie DeVane (Kyle) of Fort Meade, Ashley Dykes of Winter Haven and Cole Watson of Bartow; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Madeline and Caroline.
