He was predeceased by: his parents, C. D. Cannon and Nettie Pratt Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Norma C. Cannon of Fort Meade, FL; his children, Joe Cannon of Bokeelia, FL and Jeannie Balentine (David) of Temple Terrace, FL; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Balentine and Emily Balentine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
