He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehmon Lee Belcher and Addie Elizabeth Ellis Belcher; and his brothers, Junior Belcher, Mack Belcher and Adolf Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gail Belcher; his children, Vaughn Belcher (Leslie), Joe Michael Belcher (Leigh), Jan Belcher Grimes (Tommy) and Tammy Belcher Pope; and his siblings, Randal Belcher, Keith Belcher, Carol Douglas and Ruth Vaughn. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
