He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Borden Quinn and Lois Vest Quinn; his son Shon Rollins; and his brothers, Billy, Dewain, Darwin and Clark Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Quinn; his daughters, Kristie Quinn-Smith (Martin) and Amber Christen (Mike); and his siblings, Mitchell Quinn (Debbie) and Patricia Montgomery. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
