She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil D. Smith; and her parents, Wilson Wyatt Sapp and Emma Jane Williams Sapp. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Spann of Fort Meade, FL and Frances Bagley of Fort Meade, FL; and her grandsons, Pete Morawietz, Jr., Steven Spann and Joseph Smith. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
