He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father T. W. Outlaw II; his siblings, Benji Outlaw, Tommy Outlaw and Millie "Mimi" Outlaw; his children, Brandy Outlaw, Phillip Outlaw (Shania), Brandon Outlaw and Jesse Outlaw; his mother Dorothy Kaiser (Steve); his sister Renee Sasnett (Jerri); and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Michael, Delilah, Alexander and Guinevere.
