He was predeceased by: his parents, Atho Keel and Anna Keel; and his brothers, Nathan Keel, Orville Keel and Chuck Keel.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Keel; his children, Robert Keel, Eric Keel (Amy), Kimberly Keel (Debbie) and Linda Moore (Wayne Vaughn); and his siblings, Ronnie Keel and Grace Ballard. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
